* Support the monthly payroll for process across European entities
* Support European-wide implementation of global HR initiatives
* Prepare employment contracts and amendments in compliance with country-specific legislation
* Manage on boarding and introduction process for new starters
* Ensure internal documents and policies are up to date
* Support HR Administration when needed (on boarding & leavers process, reference letters, work permits etc.)
* Support absence tracking / time registration system
* Support monthly HR budget
* Manage Ad-hoc HR Projects
Requirements
* 2-5 years of experience in a similar position preferably gained in an international environment
* Solid experience in the area payroll and internal staffing
* Experience with Spanish and / or European labour regulations and social security
* Service oriented and proactive
* Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and toward tight deadlines
* Accurate and precise with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
