Merlin Digital Partner is a tailor-made digital recruitment company for startups, scale-ups, and corporates. We were born in Tech Barcelona where we established one of our main offices. We are currently looking for an Inside Sales for the German Markets.
Our partner, a technology company that provides software to help SMEs automate workflows, centralize data, and make better business decisions. They serve thousands of customers in over 60 countries across various industries and have built a diverse, multicultural team of over 850 people in Barcelona, Brazil, Mexico, and the USA. The company has experienced rapid growth, won awards, received outstanding customer feedback, and closed over $200M in funding with top international venture capital firms.
Role responsibilities include:
* Providing a positive and solution-oriented first impression to prospects
* Meeting prospects in demos booked by SDRs
* Understanding customer problems and uncovering hidden needs
* Demonstrating solutions and collaborating to tailor tools to client needs
* Designing creative strategies and managing time efficiently to exceed sales targets
* Negotiating with C-Suite and VP-level executives to close deals
* Building a strong team with SDRs to reach monthly recurring revenue (MRR) targets
* Supporting DACH Market expansion by understanding the landscape and developing strategies
Candidate requirements:
* Native German speaker with professional English skills
* Previous sales experience; customer satisfaction and project management experience valued
* Tech-savvy with a passion for digital innovation
* Excellent active listening and resolution skills
* Persistent, creative, and solution-oriented mindset
* Organized with forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic planning skills
* Detail-oriented, accountable, team player, open-minded, self-motivated, and ambitious
* Enthusiastic about continuous improvement and innovation
