We are looking for you to work asb Automation Engineer OEM-CSV! /b /ppbr/ppWhat do you need to fulfill this job? /ppbr/pulliPartner with local site project teams to scope changes on the PLC system /liliMaintain Inventory and control upgrades to PLC/SCADA systems /liliFollow the SDLC Procedure to implement changes (covering RS updates, RTM Change control, Implementation, and test) /liliSDLC common tasks but not limited to: /liliTo prepare and approve Quality assurance plans and close out reports /liliTo partner with local site project teams to scope changes and prep relevant documentation /liliIn protocol generation, execution, and approval /liliIn the review and approval of automation documents /liliSupport Field testing Equipment and support commissioning /liliEnsure implement is implemented in a safe fashion with quality a necessary output. /liliUse and update of development system if required /liliEducate local project teams on automation standards as they relate to technology selection, system configuration, SDLC, validation, hardware, software environments and business processes. /liliEnsure SLA’s are in place for OEM systems with appropriate support available as back-up if necessary /liliBuild and maintain relationships with key OEM vendors ensuring reliability of supply and cost effective support model /li /ulpPartner with internal IT departments (GIO etc) ensuring standard and secure implementation in line with MSD Standards /ppbCore Competencies (Technical): /b /pulliExperience with any of the following Applications /liliKneat, Siemens WinCC/S7, Aveva System Platform/Intouch, Aveva (OSI) PI, Microsoft 365 products and Windows core /liliExperience with any of the following processes: /liliWFI Generation Distribution, Building management systems, Cleaning and Sterilization (Parts washers Autoclaves), Blending and Formulation, Filling, Packaging and Inspection /li /ulpbr/ppAbout HCLTech: /ppbr/ppWe are HCLTech, one of the fastest-growing large tech companies in the world and home to 225,000+ people across 60 countries, supercharging progress through industry-leading capabilities centered around Digital, Engineering and Cloud.
