Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Head Chef for a 70m yacht.
The ideal candidate should be well-versed in managing a galley on a busy, dual-season yacht.
Requirements:
* Italian trained chef
* Previous Head Chef experience on yachts, preferably on larger, prestigious vessels / similar sized.
* Professional restaurant experience and formal culinary training are also required.
Start date: ASAP / within a month
Location: Spain
Salary: TBD – flexibility for the right candidate
Leave: Time-for-time rotation (8 weeks on / off).
Vessel Program and itinerary: Dual season private yacht.
