Training and Onboarding Coordinator
Location: Brussels (Hybrid)
Type: Contract
As a Training and Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping new team members integrate smoothly into our client's environment.
Responsibilities:
* Designing and delivering engaging onboarding sessions using PowerPoint and digital tools
* Revising and tailoring training content provided by the IT Unit
* Facilitating live training sessions (both online and in-person)
* Maintaining and updating user guides and onboarding documentation
* Ensuring all training materials meet clarity, accuracy, and client standards
* Managing onboarding content on SharePoint
* Serving as a point of contact for onboarding-related queries
* Collaborating with internal teams to support onboarding strategy execution
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and SharePoint
* Strong skills in creating user-friendly documentation
* Familiarity with video presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Stream, Camtasia)
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent in English (C1 level or higher)
Desirable Extras:
* Experience within European institutions or international organizations
* Knowledge of EU administrative procedures and tools
* Additional EU languages
* Understanding of regulatory frameworks
