This role influences customers to develop the contact lens category by generating new users. We aim to change the mindset of Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and owners to be more proactive about offering contact lenses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze businesses to identify opportunities
* Influence customers to adopt a proactive mindset regarding contact lenses
* Understand the needs and specifics of various channels, including independent optometrists, buying groups, and chains
* Apply basic tools to develop the contact lens category, such as customer journey mapping, point-of-sale optimization, database management, and training organization
* Execute the Joint Business Plan (JBP) for each Key Account (KA)
* Broaden the Misight category and encourage ECPs to improve children's lives
* Coverage planning according to customer segmentation and sales process determination
* Develop strong relationships with customers, including ECPs, owners, sales staff, etc.
* Negotiate price increases when necessary
* Provide value to the team and contribute as a team member
* Understand and utilize CooperVision programs
* Complete all reporting and administrative tasks
* Maintain minimum product knowledge of CooperVision and competitors
* Attend conferences as required
* Pursue continuous learning and improvement
