As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll assist customers with their products, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions.
Your Responsibilities :
* Handle calls, messages, and emails from customers.
* Provide info and support on the company's products (vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair tools, etc.)
* Troubleshoot technical problems.
* Manage warranty claims and repairs.
* Recommend products based on customer needs.
* Ensure high customer satisfaction with professional communication.
Requirements :
1. Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
2. Relocate to Greece.
3. Good problem-solving skills.
4. Professional attitude in handling concerns.
5. Experience in customer or tech support is a plus.
6. Must have an EU passport or work permit for Greece.
