We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Spanish legal entity. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence across legal, financial, and administrative functions, while also supporting the broader Industry Solutions division on cross‑functional initiatives.

What You’ll Do
Oversee and manage the operational activities of the Spanish legal entity
Ensure compliance with local legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements
Coordinate legal documentation, contracts, and compliance‑related processes
Manage and execute financial approvals and sign‑offs in line with company policies
Act as a key liaison with internal finance and legal teams (local and global)
Support HR administrative processes, including onboarding and employee documentation
Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to internal policies and local requirements
Provide operational support to the Industry Solutions division across various initiatives
Drive process improvements and support cross‑functional coordination
What You Bring
Proven experience in an operations, business management, or similar role
Strong understanding of legal, financial, and administrative processes within a corporate environment
Experience working in a SaaS or technology‑driven business (preferred)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in xpzdshu an international or matrix organization (preferred)
Familiarity with Spanish corporate and regulatory frameworks (preferred)
Native Spanish speaker with fluent English (written and spoken)
