The ideal candidate is structured, outcome-focused, able to establish a work-break-down structure and thrives in complex stakeholder environments while maintaining constructive team dynamics. /pp General Information /p p bKey Responsibilities /b /ppbr/pp Identify business opportunities and pre-assess them value, size and dependency to support business case creation /pp Design and document user requirement and process flows related to Emerson PKM (core application), integrations across MES, LIMS, ERP, and PLM systems, and reporting capabilities ensuring GxP compliance and data interoperability /pp Define data models, data mapping, and integration patterns that bridge business requirements with technical implementation across all solution domains /pp Create functional specifications, architecture decision records, and technical documentation for PKM configurations, integration solutions, and reporting requirements /pp Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding of architectural design, data flows, and system capabilities /pp Identify relevant Generative AI/ML use cases within the manufacturing context and support their implementation /ppbQualifications /b /ppb Must-Have /b /p p 5-10 years of experience as Functional Architect and/or Business Analyst in a pharmaceutical**, Life Sciences,** or GxP-regulated environment /pp Hands-on understanding in product recipe design and parameter definition in any related manufacturing system (e.g. PLM, MES, LIMS, ERP). /pp Solid understanding of SQL databases, relational data structures, and reporting systems (ability to handle complex reporting independently using tools like PowerBI/Tableau) /pp Proven experience in system integration projects (DeltaV, SAP S4 HANA, ELN, MES, ERP, LIMS, PLM, or related) /pp Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into structured functional and non-functional requirements /pp Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional global environment /pp Demonstrated ability to de-escalate, keep discussions productive, and focus on outcomes /pp Availability between 3–7 PM CET for overlap with EU and US teams /pp Fluent in English (spoken and written) /ppbGood to Have /b /pp Familiarity with ISA-95 / ISA-88 principles and enterprise-level integration concepts /pp Understanding of manufacturing processes for drug substances and/or drug products /pp Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies /pp Previous Roche experience or work in similarly complex regulated environments /pp Strong grasp of data interoperability, reporting standards, and business process mapping /ppbNice to Have /b /pp Proven ability to align architecture and process design across different IT domains /pp Exposure to global or multi-site manufacturing integration projects /p
