Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ECommerce Marketing Manager as part of the Digital Sales team in our central marketing function to spearhead the marketing efforts for our businesstobusiness (B2B) ecommerce channels including our branded online stores and B2B marketplace presences. This pivotal role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and working with our commercial teams to maximize online sales to business customers optimize conversion rates for B2B sales cycles and enhance the overall customer experience for business accounts within our B2B ecommerce ecosystem.

The ECommerce Marketing Manager will work with business teams and brand marketers to launch and grow successful ecommerce properties create strategies and standard work for the daytoday operation and optimization of our online stores and B2B marketplace listings ensuring brand consistency value proposition clarity and optimal product and solution presentation across all digital touchpoints relevant to business buyers.

Responsibilities

* Optimize B2B ecommerce stores and marketplaces by managing product presentation promotions user experience conversion rate optimization listings and advertising across all platforms.
* Work with business units in our organization to jumpstart their own ecommerce operations implementing marketing strategies providing strategic guidance training coaching and handson support.
* Develop and implement comprehensive B2B ecommerce marketing strategies including SEO / SEM paid advertising social media and email marketing across relevant channels in cooperation with other central marketing teams.
* Analyze ecommerce performance and optimize strategies using web analytics to identify trends insights and improve conversion and pipeline value.
* Manage and orchestrate product data feeds to ensure accurate product information is presented across all ecommerce channels.
* Stay updated on ecommerce trends and best practices proactively recommending and implementing innovative marketing approaches.

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in Marketing Business ECommerce or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
* Extensive experience the B2B ecommerce field (minimum of 5 years) successfully operating and optimizing stores & marketplaces.
* Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and ecommerce integration into omnichannel approaches.
* Handson experience with B2B ecommerce platforms (e.g. commercetools Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B) and relevant B2B marketplaces.

Travel & Work Arrangements / Requirements

Willingness to travel about 1015 of the time mostly EMEIA.

* High desire to learn and grow and a datadriven resultsoriented mindset focused on business outcomes.
* Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills for ecommerce optimization and lead nurturing.
* Excellent project management organizational and communication skills for fastpaced ecommerce.
* Strong proficiency in web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) to derive insights and optimize performance & lead generation.
* Deep understanding of relevant digital marketing channels : SEO / SEM PPC LinkedIn industry groups email marketing.
* Familiarity with PIM systems and managing product data feeds for complex B2B product configurations.
