As a Customer Success Manager, you will help your assigned accounts achieve success by promoting the effective use of our platform features and ensuring they see the long-term value we provide. Your efforts and strategies will directly contribute to revenue growth.**Your LittleBig responsibilities**:**Client Relationship Management (40%)**- Lead meetings to review progress, address concerns, and ensure effective coordination between client and LB teams.- Build strong client relationships and engage key stakeholders.- Ensure contract compliance and manage any issues related to commitments.**2. Consulting & Guidance (20%)**- Provide best practice advice to optimize procurement processes and configurations.- Guide clients in leveraging LB procurement data for better insights.- Offer recommendations to improve client outcomes through strategic use of LB tools.**3. Product Fit (20%)**- Develop and execute success plans to align LB products with client goals.- Oversee feature rollouts and ensure proper client training.- Gather and act on feedback for product enhancements.**4. Business Protection & Development (20%)**- Identify expansion opportunities and areas for upselling.- Develop plans to grow activity levels and protect client accounts.- Create strategies for client adoption and churn prevention.- Experience in Customer Success Management, with at least 2 years in a similar role.- Proven B2B Account Management experience at the enterprise level.- Fluent in French and English.- Expertise in project management and stakeholder engagement within large organizations.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complexity.- Curious and eager to learn SaaS product features in detail.- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and able to drive change effectively.We are looking for our future teammate, so if you think you fit the profile, don't hesitate to apply!
