About the role
A new and exciting opportunity for the position of Account Manager with Integrated Diagnostic Solutions (IDS) business within the Life Sciences Division has arisen. Focusing on diagnostic systems, you will be responsible for selling a range of solutions and products across the Spanish Networks.
**Main responsibilities will include**:
Handling customer complaints in accordance with IDS policy and processes defined. Meeting or exceeding sales quota and total company market share in assigned territory.
Staying attentive to competitor’s strategics and centralized purchasing departments trends. Attending and participating in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows as directed.
Adopt good practices In way of selling process, CRM, tenders and quote tools.
Get annual goals.
Adhering to company policies and conduct all business in an ethical manner.
Managing business with IDS profitability taking advantage of synergies and encouraging with the sale of solutions to change the customer's purchasing process.
About you
Coming from life sciences with biochemistry, microbiology, biology, pharmacy and/or molecular background and at least 3 years of previous healthcare sales in capital equipment, you will have a strong knowledge of the Spanish market. You will have a hunger and drive to develop new business as well as the ability to maintain long term relationships with key accounts. The successful applicant will demonstrate the following key competencies:
High level in English.
Strong knowledge of the Laboratory Medicine Field, laboratory workflow and diagnosis process from request to result
Hardworking, enthusiastic, resilient and demonstrate a successful record in training healthcare professionals which will include the implementation of solutions oriented to improve workflows and healthcare processes
