The working environment will be international, diverse, inclusive and in growth mode. The main objectives are to develop, build and own renewable energy plants - mainly Wind Technology but also Solar, Storage and Hydro across Europe to achieve our Net Zero commitments.As our Global Projects Manager- Connections & Tenders, you will provide direct support to the Director and work closely with the Leadership Team and other Country Managers to support the delivery of strategic projects across our portfolio. You will form part of the project development unit, in charge of obtaining all permits for the construction of renewable energy projects.Some of your main accountabilities may include:- Reviewing and analysing bidding rules and Request for Proposal documentation- Understanding the renewable energy regulation, legal framework to integrate this vision in the project and/or bidding strategy- Identifying and reaching major stakeholders- Designing the bidding approach, with a detailed quantitative analysis of the strategy and its impact business case- Coordinating all teams - internal and external, to prepare the required documentation,- Preparing and coordinating the drafting of bidding materials, including also corporate governance presentations and reporting**What do I need?**To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:- Experience in a similar Project Manager role within a relevant project environment or industry, preferably Renewable Energy with a good understanding of energy markets, regulation and permitting- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a full command of English (B2 level) and Spanish both written and verbal for reporting whilst additional French or Italian language skills would be desirable- Skills and competency on continuous improvement, project management whilst demonstrating initiative, proactivity and creativity both independently and as part of a wider team- Experience working with the Microsoft Office and Business Modelling Tools such as Excel will be highly valued- Experience working with the Power Point to deliver high quality documents- Ability to travel as required by Projects.**Next Steps**LI-RENLI-AD1LI-Hybrid
