As an Intern in our Talent Acquisition department, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to our innovative recruitment strategies while gaining invaluable hands-on experience.
Responsibilities
What will you do?
1. Conduct CV screenings and phone interviews, playing a pivotal role in identifying top talent across the EMEA Region.
2. Participate in Talent Meetings, where your ideas and insights will help shape our recruitment efforts.
3. Gain invaluable insights into the dynamic world of Talent Acquisition and HR, setting the stage for a rewarding career path.

4. Proficient in English.
5. Any other European languages will be considered as a plus (preferably German).
6. Research skills and asking insightful questions.
7. Effective multitasker with strong prioritization and organizational abilities.
8. Proactive problem-solver committed to finding solutions.
9. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and eager to learn more.
10. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's / Master's in HR, Psychology, International Business, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
