Our client is a fast-growing technology company developing high-performance electric powertrain systems for integral OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and micro-mobility manufacturers. Their mission is to make electric vehicles more powerful, efficient, and accessible, driving the next evolution in e-mobility.
We're seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager with a strong engineering background and the ambition to expand business across international markets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the electric vehicle segment.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with OEM and Tier 1 clients.
- Collaborate with internal finance, operations, and engineering teams to align customer needs with product capabilities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Deliver professional pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to guide strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Engineering degree
- 10+ years of experience in (mostly hunter) sales within the automotive or related industries
- Experience with complex multidisciplinary systems (electrical, hardware, software)
- Strong commercial drive with a track record in achieving ambitious sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Familiarity with motors, Motor controllers in 2W/3W/4W industry – advantage
