Thanks to our growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to join the amazing Lucas Fox team in Jávea.

Main responsibilities:
1. In-depth knowledge of Jávea’s real estate market.
2. Deal with client allocations from initial contact with potential buyers until completion and post-completion of sales deals.
3. Manage the full sales cycle and offer constructive and creative options and solutions for vendors and buyers to close deals.
4. Organize and prepare agents for viewings and work together with international agents to ensure high level of product knowledge.
5. Set performance goals and KPIs for the team, track results and activity, and monitor the efficiency of sales agents.
6. Ensure all business goals and targets are fulfilled with the expected frequency:
monthly, quarterly, annually.
7. Manage all team members, mentoring, training, and coaching agents to develop individually and achieve positive results at all levels.
8. Act as a point of contact for the department, maintaining high customer service levels and representing the brand effectively.
9. Assist agents with the sales process and actively intervene when complications arise, providing creative sales and closing solutions.
10. Participate actively in deal closure and offer management.
11. Assist in the hiring process of commercial agents, providing requirements and feedback to enhance recruitment efficiency.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
* Specific knowledge of Jávea’s key areas and surroundings, and experience working with international clients.
* Previous experience managing a team.
* Deep understanding of real estate, legal, and financial concepts and processes.
* Fluent in English and Spanish;
knowledge of additionallanguages is a plus.
* Professional appearance, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, results-driven.
* Ability to work in an international team, proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
* Organized, flexible, hands-on, with outstanding customer service skills, especially with demanding clients.
