We're hiring for the role of Senior Product Marketing Manager (Datos Team). Here are the key responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for new product launches and feature updates.
* Define and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions aligned with market needs and customer insights.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and GTM initiatives.
* Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, demos, and training resources, with support from our Content Marketing Manager.
* Analyze GTM performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future initiatives.
* Lead the development and execution of GTM strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Work with cross-functional teams to define target audiences, develop marketing campaigns, and optimize sales processes.
* Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify GTM opportunities.
* Coordinate with the Content Marketing Manager to ensure product content aligns with GTM strategy.
* Drive projects independently and proactively resolve communication and process bottlenecks.
* Mentor team members and foster a collaborative culture.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Qualifications include:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* Proven experience in product marketing and GTM execution, preferably in B2B DaaS, data SaaS, or tech environments.
* Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and GTM best practices.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency with project management tools like ClickUp, Jira.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
* Experience in creating internal processes.
* Ideally based in Europe/CET or ET time zones.
