WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for engineers capable of defining the world, finding new challenges, and exceeding objectives. People who think outside of the box to redefine what is possible.
Academic
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical engineering.
- Licensed professional engineer is considered an asset.
- Formal Lean Six Sigma training is considered an asset.
- Masters degree is considered an asset.
Background
- At least 15 years of practical experience in I&C design, selection, installation, commissioning.
- Previous EPC, Oil & Gas experience is considered an asset.
Focus
- Instrumentation & Control.
- Electrical LV.
Desired Previous Experience
- Instrumentation & control components calculation, selection, and integration.
- Experience with Safety Instrumented Systems, & Safety Related Systems instrument selection.
- Experience with HAZOP & LOPA.
- Self starter, positive, with a strong ability to work cross functionally in a matrix organization with limited supervision.
- Thorough understanding of all applicable NA Electrical, & Safety standards.
-Experience with the following standards UL508, UL508A, NFPA79, NFPA 70, CSA equivalent, NEC, CEC, OSHA, and other standards for North America.
