JOB PURPOSE
To meet and exceed individual and store sales goals by executing retail growth strategies, leveraging the franchise, operational excellence, and department development. Embrace and follow the Burberry Experience during all interactions, develop new customers, and maintain relationships with existing clientele.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Sales & Service: Embrace the Burberry Experience, meet sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and demonstrate motivation to succeed.
* Client Development: Build customer loyalty through active client engagement and maintain an up-to-date client book.
* Visual Standards: Follow visual merchandising policies, execute monthly floorsets, replenish merchandise, and maintain visual standards.
* Floor Presence & Maintenance: Arrive prepared, keep the floor active and replenished, and ensure cleanliness and organization.
* Back of House Support: Assist with markdowns, inventory, stock organization, and store contests.
PERSONAL PROFILE
* Willing to promote a team environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Positive attitude and responsibility-driven.
* Interest in fashion/design.
* Knowledge of POS and store systems.
* At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
* Proven sales record and customer service excellence.
