Main Responsibilities
* Answer, register, and process all calls, requests, questions, or doubts from internal and external clients.
* Handle guest requests efficiently.
* Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or issues are resolved satisfactorily.
* Create unique experiences for guests.
* Manage complaints professionally.
What We Are Looking For
* Previous experience in luxury customer service.
* Positive attitude and extroverted personality.
* Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English.
