What will your responsibilities be?
* Administration and maintenance of VMware ESXi and vSphere environments.
* Applying patches to ESXi hosts, including planning, execution, and validation.
* Upgrading and maintaining vCenter Server, ensuring compatibility checks, backups, and post-update verification.
* Managing and updating firmware on physical servers.
* Monitoring and troubleshooting infrastructure incidents.
* Administration of Windows systems and related services.
* Creating and maintaining technical documentation, procedures, and configuration records.
* Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and technological upgrades.
Minimum Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in administering Windows servers and virtualized environments, as well as critical and high‑availability infrastructures.
* Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, Active Directory (ADFS, certificates, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, IIS, RDS...).
* Knowledge of backups, monitoring, scripting, SQL, and networking.
* B2 spoken English.
