As they continue to expand globally, we’re looking for a Channel Partner Manager to lead commercial success across international markets. About the Role: As Channel Partner Manager, you’ll drive revenue growth by managing and empowering a global distributor network. This is your chance to shape strategy, take ownership of results, and close deals that truly make an impact in cancer diagnostics. What You’ll Be Doing: Grow revenue through a well-supported and accountable distribution networkSet clear goals and coach partners to successDeliver training, tools, and go-to-market strategiesAlign commercial execution with local market needsAct as the key link between internal teams and distributorsIdentify challenges early and take decisive actionRepresent the voice of the market within the organisation What We’re Looking For: 3+ years’ experience in a commercial role — ideally managing distributorsStrong understanding of NGS technology and its role in diagnosticsFluency in English and Spanish; Italian is a strong advantageStrategic thinker with a data-driven approach to performanceAble to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, international environmentExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsMaster’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related fieldA resilient, proactive mindset and a passion for commercial excellence Why Join?
