ERS / SEPAR Joint Long-Term Research Fellowship (Spain | Respiratory Medicine)
The ERS / Sociedad Española de Neumología y Cirugía Torácica (SEPAR) Joint Long-Term Research Fellowship, supported by the European Respiratory Society (ERS), aims to assist early-career researchers and clinicians in conducting basic, translational, or clinical research projects in Spain.
Eligibility:
* Applicants must be ERS members or residents in European countries (excluding Spain), or overseas.
* Applicants should have at least 2 years of advanced research experience and be actively engaged in respiratory research.
* Applicants must hold a postgraduate degree (PhD or MD-PhD) in a field related to respiratory medicine by the application deadline.
* Alternatively, applicants without a PhD or MD-PhD must possess at least an MSc or MD and demonstrate 2 years of full-time research experience.
* Postgraduate students currently enrolled in a degree are not eligible.
* Qualified healthcare professionals (non-MD) in respiratory health (e.g., nurses, physiotherapists) with at least an MSc and 2 years of research experience are eligible.
Restrictions:
Applicants must not have worked or resided in Spain for more than 3 consecutive months in the last 3 years prior to the application deadline.
Fellowship Duration: 6 to 24 months.
