We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Functional Consultant to act as the global owner of our Workday driving its continuous evolution and integration landscape.

Key Responsibilities: Define and manage the global Workday roadmap, including releases and continuous improvement initiatives Act as the functional and technical Product Owner from Saa S Lead the implementation of new modules, features, and enhancements aligned with business growth Translate business requirements into efficient Workday solutions Own, design, and optimize payroll, finance, and third-party HR apps Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to align system capabilities with business need Required Experience & Qualifications 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including configuration Proven expertise in key Workday modules (e.g.
HCM, Time & Attendance, Absence, etc.) Strong experience in Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs) and automation Experience working in multi-country environments with complex HR processes Workday certification or equivalent practical expertise Skills & Competences Techno-functional mindset: xpzdshu ability to bridge HR processes with system capabilities Strategic thinking: builds scalable and long-term solutions Analytical skills: strong data orientation and problem-solving capability Stakeholder management: able to influence and drive alignment across functions Autonomy and adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environments Languages Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory)
