Our client is a deep-tech, AI-led software company operating at the cutting edge of drug discovery and life sciences. They work with a highly sophisticated, enterprise-level customer base across pharma and biotech, selling into a small but extremely valuable and tightly defined TAM.
They are now looking to strengthen their go-to-market engine by hiring a demand generation–led marketer who can turn focus, insight and precision into qualified pipeline. This hire isn’t about how many years of experience you have, it’s about the quality of your experience.
This is a remote-first role, with candidates required to be Europe-based.

What You’ll Do
* Own and execute end-to-end demand generation strategy, focused on quality over volume
* Turn a small, targeted TAM into qualified inbound and outbound-supported leads
* Build, run and optimise campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, paid media, email, CRM and marketing automation
* Design and manage account-based and persona-led campaigns targeting senior stakeholders
* Own lead scoring, nurturing, attribution and performance tracking
* Continuously test, learn and iterate to improve conversion to qualified pipeline
* Work closely with sales, BD and product teams to ensure tight ICP alignment and commercial relevance
What You’ll Need
* Proven experience in demand generation / growth marketing within B2B, ideally enterprise or complex sales environments
* Strong execution mindset, you know how to build systems and ship campaigns, not just plan them
* Experience working with small, highly targeted markets where precision matters more than scale
* Hands-on capability with CRM, marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot, paid platforms)
* Commercial thinking and an ability to translate technical value into compelling demand narratives
* Comfortable working remotely and independently, with strong ownership mentality
