Summary
The RPA Specialist designs, builds, and supports robotic automations to streamline Order-to-Cash processes and improve accuracy, efficiency, and cash flow. This role partners with O2C teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable digital solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain RPA bots for O2C processes.
- Identify automation opportunities across Billing, Collections, Order Management, Queries.
- Document process and solution designs following RPA standards.
- Monitor bot performance and resolve exceptions or failures.
- Support UAT, deployment, and ongoing optimization of automations.
- Ensure all automations meet internal controls, security, and compliance requirements.
- Track and report automation benefits and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Dutch and English fluency both spoken and in writing
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in RPA development or process automation.
- Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
- Familiarity with O2C processes (Billing, Collections, Cash App, Credit).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
