Your Impact in this role
The Cluster Director Manager is the leader responsible for the overall performance of the cluster, combining operational excellence with commercial success.
As the owner of the cluster's P&L;, the role ensures the implementation and execution of both operational and growth strategies. This position integrates cross-functional leadership to deliver on safety, quality, volume, revenue, and profitability objectives in alignment with Sibelco's vision and corporate policies
In this role your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Strategic Leadership;
Define and execute the cluster's operations and commercial strategies to ensure alignment with regional and integral objectives.
Drive the "performance" meetings, integrating operations, sales, and business services to optimize results.
Lead change initiatives such as reorganizations, integrations, performance studies, and M&A; activities.
P&L; Management;
Own and deliver the cluster’s P&L; by ensuring efficient operations and maximizing profitable growth in sales.
Prepare annual budgets in collaboration with operations, sales, and business services.
