**HR Business Partner Junior**
The incumbent of the position will support the Senior HR BP for EuroServices Bayer in Barcelona, to drive HR operations, initiatives and programs to enable the achievement of business results through delivering and facilitating lean, agile and timely HR best practices and procedures.
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Supporting and teaming up with the Senior HR BP, this position will be responsible for**:
- Fostering a culture that is built on Bayer´s LIFE values
- Providing general HR support to the middle management (aprox 60) in the day-to-day tactical HR activities.
- Driving core HR processes and ensure smooth and timely communication: Performance Management, Talent Development and Learning & Training.
- Collecting and tracking HR critical metrics that support strategic business decisions.
- Facilitating workshops and brainstorming sessions.
- Active participation in HR projects of any kind.
- Keeping up with HR trends and external insights to propose innovative solutions that support the business performance through transforming and developing talent.
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies.
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other applicable field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in any HR function (recruitment, operations, administration,)
- General knowledge of HR disciplines including performance management, training, talent management, and state employment laws will be a plus.
- Excellent English and Spanish written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen to learn and desire to offer up innovative ideas to reduce inefficiencies and offer agile and lean HR support.
- Self-starter, proactive and autonomous attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a strong sense of priority and time management.
- Enjoy taking challenge in solving complex issues, keen attention to detail is indispensable.
- Excellent usage of office tools (MS Office and SAP; SuccessFactors a plus)
