We are looking for an energetic and detailed-oriented Accounting Specialist to support our Finance team in day-to-day tasks and undertake everything related to General Accounting, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, etc.
Your mission within Kantox
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Maintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, and information related to all accounts.
* Assisting the accounting department in daily, monthly, and annual activities, including preparing taxes, and assisting with audits and resolving discrepancies.
* Responsible for the daily bank statements reconciliation and give support in other accounts reconciliations.
* Helping with the invoicing process: issue, review and send the invoices to the clients, create sales orders, manage direct debit and attend customer requests.
* Manage to automatize processes and tools with internal and external support to ensure the elimination/reduction of manual tasks and the optimization of internal procedures.
* Communicate with colleagues from different departments and with other third parties to discuss necessary matters.
* Assist in any other task required by the Accounting Team.
Requirements
* Fluent level in English.
* Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field preferred.
* 2-4 years of experience as Accounting Specialist or similar role (Auditor, consultant, finance system analyst).
* Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP software.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel).
* Understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering financial data.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proactive and team player.
