As an IT Business Analyst / Business Services Consultant – Sales & Marketing, you will play a key role in ensuring that our global sales and marketing processes are supported by efficient, user-friendly, and stable solutions (ERP, CRM, Commerce), with a strong focus on continuous improvement, process optimization, and business alignment. Analyze incoming questions, incidents, and requests from business departments, providing structured and solution-oriented support to global key users. • Investigate issues by reviewing data, processes, and system behavior, and working together with stakeholders to identify solutions, explanations, or workarounds. • Act as the link between business stakeholders and software development teams, gathering and translating business needs into clear system requirements. • Design functional solutions, including feasibility checks, specifications, process documentation, and configuration descriptions in alignment with team input and share understanding. • Perform system configuration and support implementation, ensuring alignment with agreed solution designs. • Prepare and execute test cases, support user acceptance testing, and collaborate with process owners to ensure quality through structured validation and documentation.
