The Role & Team:
Infovista Corporation seeks a sales-driven individual with outstanding communication skills, strong technical expertise, the ability to build customer relationships, and experience in earning customer trust in complex sales cycles. This role offers significant opportunities for reward and growth.
The Account Director for Service Providers will be responsible for developing sales within the region for the Global Network Product Line, strengthening existing client relationships, and acquiring new business with prospective clients.
The candidate should possess a proactive 'hunting' approach for new logos and expansion within current accounts.
Building on their background in service assurance, network testing/optimizations, and other telecom technologies, the candidate will establish credibility with existing customers, partners, and prospects. They will navigate within customer organizations to reach key technical buyers and decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor and aiming to grow the current footprint by driving innovation, automation, and value. The Account Director will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams such as Product Development and Professional/Technology Services to ensure successful deployments.
The candidate will leverage their sales experience to secure business in competitive situations while focusing on meeting sales targets.

Profile: Sales Skills
* Strong drive for results and targets.
* Experience selling Service Assurance, Network Testing solutions, or other OSS solutions.
* Ability to develop strategies focusing on territory and key accounts.
* Extensive industry experience and key relationships with C-Level and senior management.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to communicate technical concepts to all organizational levels, including engineers, managers, and executives.
* Understanding how technical sales influence business cases, with the capacity to coordinate internal resources to achieve goals.
* Team-oriented selling; proactive internal communication leveraging presales, product management, R&D, and professional services.
Technical Knowledge
* Strong knowledge in Service Assurance, network testing, and/or other OSS solutions.
* Deep understanding of the CSP market in OSS, network engineering, optimization, and operations, along with knowledge of CSP buyers.

* Strategic thinking, rigor, and process setup skills. Ability to develop strategic plans for complex deals, defeat competition, and align organization with business needs.

Experience
7+ years in building and managing relationships with customers or vendors, including senior executives.
* Proven hunter with a track record in selling Service Assurance, Network Testing, and OSS solutions.
* Strong software sales acumen.
* Demonstrated success in closing deals and meeting quotas.
* Existing relationships with senior CSP leaders (e.g., Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange).
* Willingness to travel up to 50%.
