What You’ll Do At Deel
* Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
* Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell and cross‑sell using cross‑departmental expertise as primary resources
* Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfilment
* Proactively engage cross‑functionally to bring new product development, client engagement and competitive intelligence strategies to the larger team
* Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
* Maintain accurate SFDC data: accounts, opportunities, pipeline and forecasts
* Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes
* Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience
* Build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
Some Key Qualifications
* Located in EMEA
* 3+ years of closing sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years selling into the Benelux market
* A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and expanding business
* SFDC proficiency
* Experience in cross‑functional teams to ensure Customer Success and satisfaction
* Desire to work for a fast‑paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Dutch
