Teladoc Health is the global leader in virtual care, with a fast-paced, mission-driven and entrepreneurial culture. /ppAs Teladoc Health continues to increase its global reach and expand our ability to provide virtual care across the world, we are growing our HR team in Barcelona, Spain. /ppSummary of Job Purpose /ppThe HRBP will work closely with local leaders to provide support on talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation benefits, payroll, performance management, learning and development. /ppThe role requires strong organizational skills as well as the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. This individual must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be able to effectively communicate to all levels within the organization. /ppThe HRBP will also manage special projects such as compensation surveys, annual review process, employment agreements, labour law compliance, salary administration, benefit programs, time tracking, absence reporting, and other duties as assigned. /ppWhat you will do: /pulliProvide support to employees by answering questions related to HR policies, procedures, practices, and regulations. /liliAssist in developing new processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness. /liliWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, IT, operations, marketing, sales, product, engineering, customer service, training, and other departments. /liliAssist with hiring, recruiting, interviewing, and orientation. /liliEnsure compliance with local laws, regulations, and union contracts. /liliMonitor and maintain records of personnel actions, employee files, and personnel statistics. /liliConduct investigations into alleged violations of company policies or codes of conduct. /liliAdvise managers and supervisors on disciplinary matters and terminations. /liliReview and recommend changes to existing human resources policies and practices. /liliDevelop and implement training programs. /liliCoordinate employee events and activities. /li /ulpWhat you’ll need: /pulliUniversity degree in Business Administration, Law or Social Sciences, Bachelor degree in HR Management or a similar academic education. /liliMaster’s Degree in Human Resources would be highly appreciated. /liliAt least 3 years of progressive HR generalist experience preferred. /liliExperience working in a large multinational organization strongly preferred. /liliAbility to speak Spanish and English fluently. /liliStrong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. /liliExcellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) /liliExperience using Workday highly desirable. /li /ul
