We are looking for a Senior QA Manager to lead and evolve our software quality assurance strategy. This role blends technical depth in QA with strategic leadership, guiding a team responsible for delivering reliable, high-quality embedded and application-level software. You will play a pivotal role in shaping QA processes and systems that support our product development across the full lifecycle—from pre-silicon to post-silicon validation.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and automated testing frameworks
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing QA team
Collaborate with software, hardware, and product teams to embed quality throughout the lifecycle
Drive comprehensive test coverage across integration, system, and regression testing
Set up and manage QA test labs for automated and manual testing
Analyze test results and ensure swift issue resolution
Manage QA through silicon bring-up, validation, and post-silicon testing phases
Continuously improve QA tools, methodologies, and practices
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in software QA or embedded systems testing.
5+ years in a leadership or management role within QA or software engineering.
Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing QA teams.
Strong expertise in QA methodologies, test planning, and automation practices.
Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for test automation.
Experience with test frameworks and tools such as PyTest, Robot Framework, Jenkins, etc.
Solid understanding of embedded systems, RTOS environments, and multi-core architectures.
Familiarity with hardware interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART) and device driver testing (Linux/Windows).
Knowledge of telecom, wireless, or embedded chipset development is a strong advantage.
Understanding of communication systems and related protocols.
Ability to contribute to and guide automation architecture.
Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication in English, both written and verbal.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
