Experteer Overview As a Business Analyst specializing in LIMS, you translate lab and business needs into clear deliverables to optimize chromatography data workflows. You will partner with lab leaders, product teams, finance, and commercial stakeholders to standardize processes and guide feature delivery across GC, LC, ICP, and MS workflows. Your work improves turnaround time, data quality, and regulatory alignment in EU environmental testing. This role offers cross-functional collaboration, exposure to regulatory frameworks, and the chance to shape how data moves from instrument to report. You will operate from Almería, Spain, supporting a European Environmental Testing business with a focus on a robust data‑Compensaciones / Beneficios - Serve as EU liaison between laboratory stakeholders and Product Development to translate requirements into functional designs - Lead EU-regional user acceptance testing (UAT), sign-off, and change management for new features - Map current vs future-state lab workflows, identify gaps, risks, and compliance needs - Ensure alignment with Eurofins Quality System Documents (SOPs, methods, work instructions) - Support audit preparation, CAPAs, and continuous improvement - Build dashboards for performance, throughput, QC metrics, and adoption - Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational reviews with EU-specific insightsResponsabilidades - 3+ years as Business Analyst or Product Owner/Analyst in software, lab operations, or scientific environments - Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation in Agile (Jira/Confluence) - Familiarity with LIMS and CDS - Excellent communication across multi-cultural EU teams - Working knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, EU Ecolabel, and EA accreditation bodies - Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical skills;
