Consultor Marketing Digital AEP - Santander Digital Services
Location: Boadilla del Monte or Cantabria, Spain.
Overview
As a Consultor/a Marketing Digital AEP, you will play a key role in the technology ecosystem of Santander Digital Services, helping with advisory, design, and configuration of our multi‑channel solution. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and contribute to real societal impact through digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide advisory and consultory on the multi‑channel solution to bring maximum value.
* Design, develop, and configure Adobe Experience Manager, Journey Optimizer, Journey Analytics, Workfront, and Target.
* Ensure alignment with group policies and IT sector technical standards for performance, usability, simplicity, and creativity.
* Maintain IT products for the Customer Experience COE, focusing on service level, incident minimization, and client queries.
* Contribute solutions and insights, learn from colleagues, and anticipate needed improvements for product evolution.
* Collaborate with business and operations teams to understand development priorities and proactive improvements.
* Work with technology teams to enhance service level, develop best architecture, and reduce operational and technological risk.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience as Adobe Solution Designer.
* Related technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, technical studies) or comparable background.
* High level of English (B2 or higher).
* Experience with Experience Manager, Journey Optimizer, Journey Analytics, Workfront, and Target.
* Knowledge of digital marketing in both campaign and hyper‑personalization content areas.
* Interaction with third‑party solutions (Web Chat, Data DIP, Salesforce, Twilio, etc.).
* Understanding of the licensing system and official product documentation.
* Ability to analyze solutions and participate in offer creation.
Desirable Skills & Certifications
* Analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and quick learning agility.
* Business analysis and product requirement gathering.
* Independent work capability and responsibility for flawless execution.
* Adobe certifications are a plus.
* Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud considered valuable.
