Responsibilities:
* Overseeing stock control in the good out warehouse, processing orders, delivery programs, loading, and customer deliveries.
* Ensuring correct daily EDI integration.
* Coordinating customer claims, evaluating, and responding.
* Keeping stock control systems up-to-date and planning future finished goods requirements.
* Ensuring quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction (Q1) are met.
* Liaising with third parties to move goods via road, rail, air, or sea according to customer requirements (shipments, confirmations, etc.).
* Arranging transport for urgent and high-value freight while managing costs.
* Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily and monthly basis, managing processes (ISO TS).
* Establishing logistics protocols for customers.
* Providing logistics and supply chain management solutions.
* Ensuring health, safety, cleanliness, and security in the work environment, along with adherence to the 4 stock principles (VPS) in warehouses.
Qualifications:
* University Degree or Technical School Degree.
* Minimum of 2 years experience in automotive logistics.
* Experience with customer portals and communication systems.
* Proficiency in Spanish and English; knowledge of a third European language (French or German) is appreciated.
