The Digital Products, Platforms Services team is a newly formed team sits within Growth, Digital Platforms (GDP) global function and is responsible for designing, developing rolling out state-of-the-art digital products across brands, regions divisions globally and help our brands accelerate organic growth. /p h3What are we looking for? /h3 ul liHands‑on experience with enterprise CDPs (Treasure Data, Salesforce Data Cloud, etc.). /li liStrong understanding of customer identity unification, segmentation, and activation use cases. /li liProficiency in building APIs, microservices, and data pipelines in a cloud environment (Azure preferred). /li liSolid grasp of real‑time and batch data processing. /li liProven track record of scaling platforms and leading engineering teams. /li liStrong technical expertise in software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices. /li liHands‑on experience with cloud‑based data platforms and services ideally on Azure Cloud. /li liStrong understanding of database technologies (e.g., relational databases, NoSQL databases, data warehouses). /li liExcellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across organizational boundaries. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. /li liExperience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is required. /li liStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. /li liPassion for innovation, continuous learning, and driving business growth through data‑driven decision‑making. /li /ul h3What will be your key responsibilities? /h3 ul liOwn the technical vision and architecture for extending the CDP platform with custom services, APIs, and data workflows. /li liScale the CDP to support millions of customer profiles, real‑time data ingestion, and downstream activation at low latency. /li liDrive innovation in identity resolution, profile unification, and segmentation capabilities. /li liLead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers (backend, frontend, full stack) focused on CDP application engineering. /li liEstablish engineering best practices around coding, testing, observability, and performance optimization. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements and business use cases. /li liBuild APIs and connectors to integrate the CDP with enterprise applications (CRM, marketing automation, personalization engines, analytics platforms). /li liPartner with the platforms team on infrastructure, DevOps, and enterprise integration touchpoints, ensuring smooth interoperability. /li liEnsure data quality, accuracy, and reliability of customer profiles and segments. /li liImplement engineering controls for data lineage, quality, and governance inside the CDP. /li liEnsure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). /li liEstablish monitoring, SLAs, and operational excellence practices for CDP services. /li /ul h3What can you expect from Mars? /h3 pWork with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles. /p pJoin a purpose driven company, where we’re striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today. /p pA strong focus on learning and development support from day one, including access to our in‑house Mars University. /p pAn industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
