You will work with a highly skilled team in the Core Network Service area, focusing in E2E Solutions, including following domains: PC & UDM 5G Core, PC & UDM Legacy Core, SC, Cloud Infra Structure, IMS and MSS. We are working with the major telco operator’s bids and are involved in some of the most critical digital services programs in the company.
**What you will do**
- Act as end-to-end Principal Solution Architect supporting pre-sales engagements and high-impact deals, including RFQs/RFPs, solution scoping, dimensioning, SoC responses, and customer-facing workshops.
- Leverage expertise in cloud computing (Private, Hybrid and HCPs), core networks (5G/4G, IMS, MSS, UDM/PC, SC) and RAN to design E2E architectures that align with customer business outcomes.
- Support account teams in positioning products & solutions by building compelling value propositions that integrate cloud-native networking, observability, and automation.
- Partner with product and delivery organizations to industrialize deployments using CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Ansible, Helm, Kubernetes), and LCM automation.
- Contribute to services strategy, optimizing effort estimations, improving delivery efficiency, and enabling autonomous operations.
- Develop reusable solution blueprints, automation frameworks, and pre-sales assets to scale capabilities across regions.
- Collaborate with Product, R&D;, and Services teams to align solutions with the company’s cloud & AI strategy.
- Stay updated on AI technologies and trends.
**You will bring**
- 15+ years’ experience in Solution Architecture, Product/Program Management, and Systems Integration within Telecom Core, RAN, and Cloud Infrastructure domains.
- Proven track record in pre-sales and delivery for Tier-1 CSPs, including VoLTE, IMS, Core, and RAN (Classic, ORAN & Cloud RAN) deployments.
- Cloud-native expertise: Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Google/AWS/Azure/RedHat.
- Automation & DevOps proficiency: Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, observability frameworks.
- AI/ML & Data Analytics: Experience in designing ML models (forecasting, anomaly detection, RCA), ETL flows, KPI correlation, and executive dashboards.
- Strong experience working with cross-functional and international teams. Ability to build strong working relationships with both technical and business stakeholders, demonstrating balanced decision making, fairness, empathy, and humbleness.
- Strong Presentation and Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Cloud, Networking and/or AI/ML certifications (Professional, Associate levels) are seen as a plus.
- Business & Techno-Commercial acumen.
- Availability to travel 25% of the time.
- You are service-minded and quality-focused, with a strong ability to document your work clearly and present it in a professional manner to both internal and external stakeholders.
- To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in pre-sales and delivery processes, ideally using common industry tools such as proposal management platforms, project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project), collaboration suites, and cost/effort estimation frameworks.
- Familiarity with Ericsson-specific processes and tools (e.g., Premium Proposal, Navigator365, Product Libraries, Dimensioning Tools, CDD, PSP, AAT) will be considered a plus, but equivalent experience with similar tools in other organizations is equally valued.
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
