Job OverviewRUCKUS Networks is looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager in Madrid, Spain. The role requires engagement with the EMEA field sales team and partner ecosystem to grow RUCKUS solutions through phone and site visits.
Work ArrangementsCommute to the Alcobendas office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with field sales teams and partners to identify new business opportunities.
Qualify leads from digital and print sources and direct them to appropriate teams using internal resources such as pricing and technical support.
Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce, applying the RUCKUS Sales Methodology to develop inbound follow‐ups and outbound calling campaigns.
Maintain accurate and complete Salesforce data, ensure timely follow‐ups, and convert inquiries into strong sales leads.
Occasionally travel for customer and partner face‐to‐face meetings.
Required Qualifications
Completed bachelor's degree or two years of sales experience.
Native level in Danish, Swedish, or Finnish with an excellent command of English.
Desired Qualifications
Willingness to travel occasionally to support customer and partner meetings.
Experience with data‐driven, purposeful coaching (through sports, arts, business, or other pursuits).
Self‐motivated and driven to succeed.
