**Functions and Responsibilities**:
- Digitalization of Laboratories: Lead projects to integrate laboratory instruments with diverse software systems, enhancing lab efficiency and data accuracy.
- Software Evaluation and Rollout: Manage evaluation, rollout, and development projects for COTS software or external custom development.
- Vendor and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts, including SLAs, and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Solution Design: Develop innovative technical solutions for seamless laboratory integration, in collaboration with our solution architects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively convey project and technical topics to various management levels and individuals with diverse technical backgrounds.
**Profile & Requirements**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Bioinformatics, Medicinal Informatics or similar.
- Project Management: More than 2 years’ experience in managing complex IT projects with deep knowledge of agile and waterfall methods.
- Software Development: More than 1 year’s Hands-on experience in software development and a solid understanding of software development principles. While recent experience is not mandatory, a background in developing software is essential.
- Vendor Management: Experience in negotiating contracts and managing external vendors and service providers.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English, both written and verbally.
- Interpersonal: Stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
- Compliance Knowledge is a plus: Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical or similarIT and Software Architecture: knowledge of IT infrastructure and software architecture principles.
