In this role, you will oversee the management consolidation and reporting processes for our multi-entity European corporate group, ensuring data integrity and strategic alignment. /p h3Lead the Cycle /h3 pDrive the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual management consolidation and reporting process. /p h3Shareholder Reporting /h3 pManage the preparation, validation, and submission of shareholder reporting, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all entities. /p h3Compliance /h3 pEnsure full alignment with financial consolidation principles and compliance with applicable IFRS/GAAP and Group standards. /p h3Systems, Transformation Projects /h3 h3System Optimization /h3 pMaintain and enhance consolidation processes in bSAP and SAP BPC /b, ensuring data integrity and system optimization. /p h3Continuous Improvement /h3 pDrive improvements in consolidation workflows, controls, and reporting templates. /p h3Strategic Projects /h3 pParticipate in special projects such as MA integration, system upgrades, and changes in reporting standards. /p h3European Coordination /h3 pCoordinate with finance teams across European subsidiaries to ensure alignment on accounting treatments, closing timelines, and reporting requirements. /p h3Audit Support /h3 pSupport external and internal audits by providing required documentation and explanations. /p h3Cross-Functional Work /h3 pCommunicate effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple countries. /p h3What can you expect from us? /h3 pYou will join a dynamic European group with multi-entity structures. Previous experience in bAudit and Controlling /b is a plus. /p h3Education /h3 pBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. /p h3Technical Skills /h3 pExpertise in bSAP and SAP BPC /b is essential, as well as data reporting tools (e.g., AFO, Power BI).
