We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Surveyor to join our Construction team in Castilla y Leon, Spain.
- Conduct pre-construction site surveys to determine property boundaries based on client-provided information.
- Check and interpret site plans, ensuring adherence to construction plans and specifications.
- Accurately set out works before the commencement of construction, ensuring clarity and precision.
- Communicate effectively with the site team and subcontractors to ensure a comprehensive understanding of provided information.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to verify the accuracy of plans and drawings.
- Assist in supervising and coordinating construction activities on-site.
- Maintain and interpret site, topographical, and construction drawings.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with project requirements, producing accurate as-built drawings for the O&M; folders
**What you bring to the role**:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or other similar
- Experience in setting out and surveying on construction of solar parks with a minimum of 2 years’ experience ideally in large scale solar parks (minimum 5MW)
- Excellent communication, organisation, administration, and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with AutoCAD, GPS and setting out equipment
- Ability to operate in a highly technical or particularly complex field
