About the Role

The Senior IAM Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting Domino’s global Identity & Access Management platforms, including Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and CIAM. The role ensures the delivery of secure, compliant, and scalable identity services aligned with Cloud First and Zero Trust principles, while implementing consistent and auditable governance across workforce, partner, and customer environments. A key focus is reducing operational risk through least-privilege access, automation, and effective lifecycle management, while maintaining full alignment with Global/Group IT security standards, governance frameworks, and change management processes.

The Senior IAM Administrator collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, including Global/Group IT, Security Operations, Digital teams, and Application Owners, as well as external partners and third-party vendors, as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory in a global hybrid environment
• Manage workforce, partner (B2B), and customer (CIAM) identities
• Deliver joiner, mover, and leaver processes in line with HR and governance standards
• Maintain users, groups, devices, service accounts, and privileged access
• Configure and manage RBAC, Conditional Access, MFA, and PIM
• Support SSO, federation, and application identity integrations
• Manage Entra ID B2B, cross-tenant access, and tenant synchronisation
• Support access reviews, governance controls, and approval workflows
• Investigate and resolve identity-related security incidents
• Administer core Active Directory services (DNS, Group Policy, trusts, FSMO roles)
• Monitor platform performance, availability, and synchronisation
• Automate IAM processes using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, CoreView, and native tools
• Operate within ITSM processes (incident, change, request, problem)
• Collaborate with global Infrastructure, Security, Digital, and Application teams

About You

• Strong experience in enterprise IT
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory in hybrid environments
• Fluent in English
• Experience with Entra ID B2B, external identities, and cross-tenant access
• Exposure to CIAM solutions (e.g. Entra External ID, Azure AD B2C)
• Proven management of MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, PIM, and governance controls
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
• Working knowledge of identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM)
• Experience supporting audits, governance, and compliance requirements
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Relevant Microsoft identity or security certifications desirable
