Join a high-impact technology team driving the implementation of a Continuous Testing strategy across multiple business-critical projects. You will play a key role in ensuring full automated coverage of functional and non-functional testing, working closely with Product, Development, Operations, and Business stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead the implementation of the Continuous Testing strategy across projects and modules, ensuring full automated coverage of functional and non-functional testing aligned with SDLC processes and tools.
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable mobile automation frameworks (Android & iOS) using Java and Appium.
* Develop and execute automated test suites for native and hybrid mobile applications, including context switching between native and webview components.
* Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitHub Actions) and device farms such as Sauce Labs or BrowserStack.
* Collaborate closely with Product, Development, Operations, and Business stakeholders to ensure quality standards across all business flows.
* Continuously research, adopt, and promote best practices and innovative tools in mobile and web automation, providing technical guidance to team members when needed.
Your Profile
* 4+ years of experience in Mobile Test Automation, with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Appium, and device farms such as Sauce Labs or BrowserStack.
* Solid experience automating native and hybrid mobile applications (Android & iOS), including handling dynamic DOM updates, asynchronous events, client-side routing, and webview contexts.
* Experience with Gherkin and Cucumber frameworks and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitHub Actions).
* Good understanding of Continuous Testing practices and automation framework scalability and maintainability.
* Nice to have experience in Web automation (Selenium) and API automation, as well as exposure to banking projects.
* Spanish is mandatory;
English is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
