Senior UX Designer
We are a global team of over 30 User Experience professionals at Oracle NetSuite, dedicated to enhancing the NetSuite product experience in various areas. We are part of a larger community of 250 Experience Designers, Content Designers, UI and Visual Designers, Researchers, Technical Writers, Videographers, Design Strategists, and other connected professionals across Oracle NetSuite.

The Role
You will be a key member of the Acquire Grow team, an integral part of the Oracle NetSuite business solution that empowers NetSuite customers to grow their business. We focus on helping customers grow by finding high-quality leads, converting opportunities into sales, nurturing customer relationships to increase repeat sales, and serving customers by answering questions and solving problems efficiently to create happy advocates.
You will join a team of 8 designers to achieve common goals and optimize plans and strategies to design the best possible experiences. Responsibilities
What You Will Be Doing
* Help us solve complex business challenges so that our customers can grow their businesses using our range of Cloud products.
* Critical thinking, design methodologies, and creative problem-solving to produce design solutions that meet ongoing requirements.
* Work with cross-functional teams of Product Managers, Engineers, Test Engineers, Designers, and Researchers in a dynamic, agile environment.
* Produce high-quality UX artifacts that support the design solution and provide comprehensive design solutions.
* Present design alternatives and effectively communicate design rationales and trade-offs.
* Demonstrate a passion for iteration and be eager to receive feedback.
* Coordinate and facilitate collaborative team activities such as design sprints, ideation sessions, and product discovery workshops.
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with varying timelines, degrees of complexity, and scope.
* Actively advocate for a user-centered culture by involving the team in feedback from customers, sharing insights, and creating empathy.
* Contribute to improving our design standards and processes to further enhance our design practices.
* Ensure the delivery of a consistent user experience across the product.
* Coordinate with researchers to plan, conduct, and record customer and product research through interviews, site visits, usability tests, and other research methodologies.
Qualifications/Skills
* Background in Product/Industrial Design, Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* At least 5 years of experience in UX design or proven equivalent transferable experience. We are seeking a self-starter who can take direction and work independently.
* An online portfolio that showcases experience in producing sketches, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, task flows, or other relevant design artifacts.
* Positive and resilient personality. You must be open to feedback and have a desire for continuous iteration and improvement.
* Analytical and strategic attitude. We prioritize this over pixel-perfect visual skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Flexibility to collaborate with geographically distributed teams.
* Experience working with mid to large scale Design Systems.
