A publicly listed company on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, operating globally in over 120 countries with manufacturing facilities across Europe, South America, Asia, and the Middle East, is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to drive and expand our business in the Spain and Iberian market .
Role Overview
The Sales Director will lead commercial efforts, focusing on expanding partnerships with distributors and key clients across Spain and the broader Iberian region. This role requires strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and a strong understanding of renewable energy products, particularly solar and C&I solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies to grow renewable energy product sales in Spain and Iberia.
* Identify and build relationships with distributors, key clients, and channel partners to expand market coverage.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to seize opportunities and address challenges.
* Prepare operational and financial sales reports for leadership.
* Lead, mentor, and guide the sales team to achieve targets and professional growth.
* Coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize product exposure and profitability.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree is a plus.
* Minimum 5–7 years in sales leadership, preferably in renewable energy, solar, or related sectors.
* Proven track record in expanding business through distributors and C&I sales.
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
* Knowledge of the Spanish and Iberian renewable energy markets is highly desirable.
