We are now seeking a talented and visionary individual to lead our ML team to new heights.
Responsibilities
* Project Architecture Design: Lead the design of ML projects, from classic models (e.g., scikit-learn, xgboost) to cutting‑edge neural networks (e.g., PyTorch) and generative AI projects utilizing pre‑trained models (OpenAI, Huggingface).
* AWS Expertise: Utilize your expertise in AWS and SageMaker to create scalable and efficient ML architectures. Ensure seamless integration of ML solutions within the AWS environment.
* Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, translating business needs into effective ML solutions.
* Model Selection and Roadmap Planning: Make informed decisions on model selection based on project requirements. Develop and execute project roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality solutions.
* Results Presentation: Present ML project results to both technical and non‑technical audiences, conveying complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
* Idea Generation and Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the team. Encourage creative thinking and the exploration of new ML approaches.
* Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team of ML professionals. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in designing and implementing ML projects, with a focus on diverse technologies and frameworks.
* Strong expertise in AWS and SageMaker for ML deployment.
* Experience with classic ML models, neural networks (PyTorch), and generative AI projects.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders in English and Spanish.
* Demonstrated success in managing and leading high‑performing ML teams.
* Nice to have: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
