The Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting the Chief Sales Office (CSO), the Head of Sales and the Sales Project Managers (SPM) in all administrative tasks, reference visit organizations including travel arrangements and giving daily support in their operational activities. Additionally, the Sales Assistant is the Key User for sales related tools (Navision/SAP, CRM) and responsible for local adaptions, translations and updating of Group Sales Material.

Tasks and Responsibilities The Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting the Chief Sales Office (CSO), the Head of Sales and the Sales Project Managers (SPM) in all administrative tasks, reference visit organizations including travel arrangements and giving daily support in their operational activities. Additionally, the Sales Assistant is the Key User for sales related tools (Navision/SAP, CRM) and responsible for local adaptions, translations and updating of Group Sales Material.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Assist the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) / Head of Sales and Sales Project Managers in all administrative tasks and travel arrangements and giving daily support in their daily operational activities.

- Organization of Reference Visits
- Drafting and distribution of Minutes of Meetings for sales meetings
- Maintaining and extracting CRM data
- Contact Management, administrative Lead- and Opportunity Management in Navision (in future SAP)
- Presentations & Event Organization

Global Sales Operations

- Administration and Updates of local Sales Material in line with Group Templates
- Administration and Updates of local Offer Template in line with Group Templates
- Maintenance of local customer reference database
- Application of TGW charters
- Relationship in English with the Integral Sales Operations Department in Austria

Commercial Offers & Sales Project Management Support

- Ensure syntax, legibility, and clarity
- Editing of sections (structure of the individual paragraphs and of the offer)
- Support of the standard offer in relation with other TGW units
- Overall understanding of the document
- Assist in the Offer Preparation with by maintaining historical data for Key Customers,
- Create Simple Financial Statements, Request Financial Analysis
- Management of Visitors and incoming calls

Requirements Profile

- Overall
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience in sales support and personal assistance
- Strong ability to organize, plan, memorize, persevere, and react to contingency. xugodme
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office, Navision/SAP
- Proactive person
- Proficiency in Spanish and English. French would be a plus
- Gross Annual Salary: 30 – 35k
