What to ExpectWhat You’ll Do- Monitor the Tesla Supercharger Integral Fleet- Provide support to field technicians with real-time troubleshooting and any necessary follow-up- Evaluate technical issues with the superchargers and work in a creative, pro-active manner to resolve- Determine if technical issue can be resolved remotely, or if field service intervention is needed- Educate our field technicians so they can self-diagnose and fix issues on their own- Escalate critical issues when needed- Communicate technical concerns with NOC Manager, Service Engineering, or Field Service as necessary- Accurately record issues and data into CRM databaseWhat You’ll Bring- Electrical, Energy or Electronic background related technical experience- Background in technical support is preferred- Understanding of distributed generation and/or energy storage systems preferred- Ability to thrive in both independent and team environments- Coding skills in languages like Python and ability to run SQL is a plus- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Proficiency in English, any additional European language skills are a plus- Ability to prioritize effectively, handle shifting priorities and troubleshoot- Available to work 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks- Experience with CRM systems and MS Office Suite- Willingness to learn about new and innovative technologies
